Shipping and Delivery
How We Do It
At Empyrean Jewellery we do everything we can to make sure that your order arrives when you expect it to. We pride ourselves on dispatching your order(s) as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 working days, although this may be longer during busy periods.
Once your order has been placed, we will notify you when the order has been dispatched with the expected delivery dates. Delivery times are extended over the public holidays.
Please see below our shipping methods and costs. All orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
For your item(s) to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the invoice/receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item is faulty, please contact us by email.
Repair, Replace or Refund
Once we have received your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will then offer you the options of repairing, replacing or refunding your item(s)
If you choose to have the item(s) repaired or replaced we will ship these to you, at no cost to you, within 5 working days.
If you would prefer a refund of your item(s). We will notify you within 2-3 working days of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the refund within 5 working days of the refund being approved, depending on your card issuers policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
If your refund is approved the cost of shipping will be added to your refund. Please ask for proof of postage and keep your invoice/receipt until you have received your refund.
